In this episode, chef tutor Helen Carey from our Kings Cross Cookery School shares her recipe for Roast Garlic & Rosemary Bread.
This recipe is perfect for making a simple yet delicious loaf. The caramelised garlic, fresh rosemary and crunchy sea salt topping creates a subtle flavouring whilst the olive oil makes the dough moist and springy. Helen loves to enjoy this bread simply with some of her favourite balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Ingredients:
2 bulbs garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
400g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting
100g fine ground semolina, plus extra for dusting
1 tsp sea salt
7g sachet fast action dried yeast
½ tbsp golden caster sugar
½ x 20g pack fresh rosemary, leaves stripped
50ml Italian extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to sprinkle
